Skills training, apprenticeships and small-business support that connect people to stable, well-paid work in their own communities.
Economic mobility depends on real pathways, not just aspiration. We fund sector-based training tied to employer demand, wraparound support such as childcare and transportation, and micro-loans for first-time entrepreneurs.
Every grantee reports on job placement, wage growth and retention at twelve months, and we publish what we learn.
