Our story
We started with a simple question: who is already doing the work?
HuangGC Foundation was founded in 2026 by a small group of families who wanted their giving to do more than fund projects: they wanted it to strengthen institutions. From the beginning we made a bet that community-rooted organizations, given reliable multi-year support, would outperform any program we could design from the outside.
We are starting with three program areas — early learning, community health and pathways to work — and we will publish what we fund, what we learn and where we fall short.
