Community Health
We invest in trusted, local health providers so that preventive care, mental health support and nutrition reach the people who need them.
Health outcomes are shaped far more by where people live than by what happens inside a clinic. Our Community Health program funds federally qualified health centers, mobile clinics and peer-led mental health initiatives.
We also convene partners to share what works, turning isolated successes into approaches that can be adopted region-wide.
